Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our land investment firm, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, provide essential administrative support, and contribute to various operational tasks.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $5-$7 an hour and grow with your growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO of the company
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Conduct data analysis and assist with project management tasks.
  • Utilize Google Drive and Microsoft Excel for various functions.
  • Assist in contract preparation and documentation.
  • Conduct general research and compile relevant information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Personal scheduling/admin/research tasks as needed.


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the role/field
  • Administrative support experience.
  • Strong calendar management skills.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
  • Real estate experience (preferred but not required).
  • Contract preparation skills.
  • General research abilities.

  • Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
  • RAM: 8 GB or more.
  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
