Full Job Description
This position will coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning activities of the Company to ensure a smooth operation across multiple different markets and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule maintenance and negotiate rates
Find new maintenance vendors to work with
Help guests problem solve common maintenance issues by talking to them via email and over the phone
Provide weekly updates on current maintenance issues and projects
Monitor the daily cleaning tasks to ensure completion is satisfactory
Job Requirements

-Ability to prioritize between competing issues and stakeholders.
