We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who can assist with various tasks including reporting, video editing, ads management, graphic design, and general marketing support. The ideal candidate will be a multi-skilled individual who is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and eager to help drive success for our clients. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with analytical skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Ads Management: Assist in the management of Facebook and Google Ads accounts, monitor ad performance, ROAS, budgets, and KPIs to optimize campaigns for the best results.
• Reporting: Create performance marketing reports that accurately display analytics, results, and actionable next steps for the accounts being managed.
• Video Editing & Graphic Design: Support the creation of engaging video content and visual assets that align with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
• Creative Testing: Run and support creative testing campaigns, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance ad performance and creative strategy.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct research on industry trends, social media updates, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and suggest improvements for overall marketing effectiveness.
• General Marketing Support: Assist in various marketing tasks, including campaign setup, content creation, and coordination of marketing efforts across different channels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience in digital marketing support roles.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or similar role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and basic understanding of PPC strategies.
• Experience in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable using internal communication and project management tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.
• A team player who is open to feedback and capable of providing constructive input to support team success
