We’re unique marketing as a service company based in Canada and we work with some of Canada’s largest B2B businesses across different industries.

This year, we’ve transitioned into a remote-first model and expanded our team internationally. Now, we’re looking to grow it further by adding a Marketing Project Manager to join our CMO services team.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be in charge of developing end-to-end marketing strategies for clients. This involves the planning and execution of multiple projects concurrently and often with competing deadlines and priorities. Additionally, you will be working with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deliverables are all executed on time.

Here’s a list of the awesome skills and experiences you have:

Client Management

You have experience in a client-facing role. You also possess great interpersonal skills and easily build rapport with clients and other professionals.

Project Management

You likely have 3-5 years of experience in a project management role. You’re comfortable developing project plans, managing internal and external resources, delegating tasks, and identifying/overcoming constraints to ensure project completion.

Marketing Knowledge

You likely have 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.

Branding Knowledge

You have participated in a branding project and or understand the principles behind a branding exercise.

Communication and Collaboration

You understand the importance of communicating with different teams to truly understand the project needs and meet deadlines. You’re not afraid to ask questions or receive internal or external feedback.

Event Planning / Management

You have experience in planning, budgeting, and executing events.
