Position: Commission Medical Appointment Setter

This is a job to service both Everest Sleep Center & 5D Smiles, a sleep medicine clinic and a dental office owned by Dr. Henry Qiu. We are hiring a detail-oriented and commission-driven appointment setter and outbound sales rep to 3x our outbound sales appointments from 13 appointments per month to 40 appointments per month by increasing outbound sales conversion percentages and opening new referral accounts with physicians. Advanced English and Spanish necessary. Understanding of medical sales environment or sales experience is necessary to increase conversions. 

The appointment setter will be calling patients for recall in 3 different settings. 

Setting 1: B2C (Business to Consumer Calls) Dental office patient recall for annual exam and cleaning

Setting 2: B2C (Business to Consumer Calls) Sleep Center cold outreach to leads from online ads and existing databases

Setting 3: (B2B Business to Business Calls) Sleep Center outreach to local physicians to form relationships.

Outcomes:

  1. Set 4 appointments a day in a dental clinic or sleep medicine clinic. 
  2. Refine sales script to increase conversion rate
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Operations team to coordinate care and increase sales
  4. Use GoHighLevel CRM and Google Sheets to track and record all interactions

Compensation: 

$3 An Hour w/Commission

Commission for maintaining referral accounts & treatment conversions.

Commission: 

  1. $3 for Recall Booked
  2. $3 for Sleep Test Conversion
  3. $10 for Sleep Treatment Conversion
  4. New Referral Account Opened: $20
  5. Referral Account Maintenance Commission: Accounts that refer at least 2 patients a month for 3 months: $10 Bonus at end of 3 months
