Full Job Description

We seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Member Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our tenants receive exceptional support and assistance throughout their stay with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Post creative and attractive ads to market vacant rooms on various platforms.
  • Utilize ChatGPT to craft compelling ads and obtain approval from the Property Manager.
  • Ensure the generation of 100+ leads per week.

Coordinating New Member Tours:

  • Respond to all leads received through GHL, Roomies, Roomster, Zillow, etc.
  • Screen and schedule room tours with the Leasing Specialist.

Onboarding New Members:

  • Send applications to interested renters and assist in setting them up on apartments.com.
  • Facilitate new tenant move-ins by completing necessary documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Coordinate Welcome Gifts and associated rewards.

Member Relations:

  • Respond to member messages on GHL within 2 business days.
  • Manage rent collection, issue notices, and handle lease-related tasks.
  • Assist in organizing tenant events twice a year to foster community engagement.

Member Support:

  • Address tenant concerns promptly based on urgency.
  • Field member concerns and facilitate solutions to their issues.
  • Utilize or create SOPs for handling member support tickets.

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Maintenance Specialist to address maintenance concerns and communicate updates.
  • Manage maintenance-related expenses and documentation.
  • Coordinate room flips and ensure completion of Bi-Annual inspection and cleaning checklists.



Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or tenant support roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
