Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Multifaceted Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide direct support to our busy entrepreneur founder with both personal and business tasks.

The focus of your role is to take things off his plate to free up his time to grow the business, while coordinating his calendar and remaining tasks.

As the backbone of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day activities and driving our company's growth. From managing schedules and communications both internally and client facing, to executing marketing initiatives and optimizing our online presence, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and success of our business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Email management
  • Calendar management
  • Answer and handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Promptly call all leads that come through our website
  • Pre-qualifying leads
  • Setting up sales call appts. with qualified leads in alignment with founders calendar requirements
  • Write engaging blog posts and optimize content for SEO to enhance our online visibility and attract potential customers
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Assist in the management of our CRM system to organize client data and track progress
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and social media strategies to engage our audience and promote our services
  • Develop automations and/or SOP playbooks for all repetitive tasks
  • Coordinate new software implementations and integrate into our systems
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience with similar role/responsibilities
  • Since we have operations in multiple time-zones this role will be best fit to a 8am-5pm schedule on central standard time
  • Must be willing to work and be available outside these hours as necessary
  • Answer all incoming phone calls during "business hours"

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
  • Able to consistently maintain a positive, can-do attitude and reflect a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Innate ability to seek out answers from other sources and problem-solve with little input from the founder
