We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to handle various administrative tasks for our landscaping business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, setting appointments, maintaining communication between employees and customers, handling email correspondence, and managing social media content.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and setting appointments.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and services.
  • Edit and post videos and other content to social media platforms.
  • Relay messages from employees to customers and vice versa, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support office-related tasks as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks remotely.
  • Open to learning more about the industry and softwares we use
