The main responsibility of the Agent Relations Coordinator is to assist in Onboarding, Offboarding, Agent addendum and file creation upkeep. They also are responsible for making sure Agents are equipped with all of the necessary tools and systems to reach their highest productivity. The Agent Relations Team is the main point of contact for Agents for any questions or concerns they may have. This Agent Relations Coordinator will also process paperwork for Agent Onboarding, transfers, and Offboarding. The Agent Relations Coordinator will work directly with the Operations Manager.
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage Century 21 Agent Tools and Systems.
- Processing and onboarding new licensees and transferring Agents
- Process offboards including collection of keys, materials/supplies, and filing necessary paperwork.
- Manage Agent Database using company systems
- Ensure all Agents have materials, supplies, and tools necessary to be productive.
- Manage and update Agent photos and bios.
- Maintain and Audit agent Roster
- Create and process agent addendums
- Report department numbers on a weekly basis
- Meet with Operations Manager on weekly basis to go over department issues and updates.
- Must be familiar with Google Workspace and it's products and able to quickly and efficiently learn new systems as required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar administrative role
- Ability to handle moderate to heavy workflow and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and work independently and in team setting
- Must be dependable and flexible
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Ability answer incoming calls and assist agents with their requests
