Full Job Description
We are seeking a customer service representative to assist our students with their online education. This position will consist of answering phone, text, and emails to aid students through their learning process. Experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is encouraged but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to student questions by phone, SMS, and email
- Manage student database
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Communicate with internal team members
Job Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Expert ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Access to a computer and strong Wi-Fi
