Full Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in both our day-to-day operations and supporting the CEO. This position is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in managing operational tasks but also passionate about driving growth and improving processes and who wants to works hands-on with the CEO.



Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive travel and accommodation arrangements for business needs.
  • Email support and efficient information flow internally and with external partners and organizations.
  • Manage daily executives support such as inventory oversight, and client engagement.
  • Support internal department activities, such as coordinating, record keeping and assisting HR.
  • Undertake administrative duties, including documentation, financial record-keeping, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist in managing online sales channels and maintaining digital content integrity.


Job Requirements

  • Excellent email and travel management ability.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling high-level negotiations and partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury sales or startup environments.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with e-commerce systems such as Shopify.
