Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Lawyer / Virtual Assistant / VA for Creative Visionary Trademark Law Firm Team

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal, Lawyer, Legal Assistant or Virtual Assistant to help with tasks as a Trademark / Intellectual Property / IP Lawyer or Paralegal or Legal Assistant, and also to possibly help with occasionally answering the phone and client intake & sales.

Someone who is joyful, and detail oriented with great communication skills (Spanish and English) is very important for you to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who has proven experience, and is willing to occasionally answer the phone, along with taking care of our leads or clients.

We are looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the team as soon as possible!

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines. This is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!
