Full Job Description

As the Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of support for our CEO, playing a pivotal role in various administrative capacities. In addition to traditional responsibilities, your role will extend to personal assistant tasks, ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly. We are seeking an individual eager to contribute in any way they can and facilitate the growth of our business. Social video editing and social media experience are required.



Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus remains on providing support to the CEO. However, your role will also encompass administrative and production tasks crucial to enhancing the CEO's and the company’s efficiency and growth.


Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a personal assistant role.

- Efficiently organize and manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.

- Skillfully handle travel logistics, ensuring seamless arrangements for business trips and personal engagements.

- Assist in managing and coordinating the CEO's personal projects, contributing to their overall effectiveness and success.

- Play a key role in organizing both professional and personal events, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to serve as a liaison to multiple departments and adept at managing internal communication.

- Proficient in Google Office Suite.

- Video Editing experience

- Familiarity with Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing.

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.

- Previous administrative experience, preferably assisting CEOs or upper management.

- Social Media Management experience
