Full Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with a strong understanding of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive case analysis, counsel, and preparation support to our attorneys.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing and summarizing complex legal cases, and preparing detailed reports for attorneys, aiding them in case strategy
• Interact and support clients
• Conducting meticulous legal research, investigating case facts, and constructing compelling legal arguments
• Drafting a broad range of legal documents, including contracts, depositions, and pleadings, ensuring precision and attention to detail
• Coordinating the preparation and timely filing of crucial legal documents with courts
• Efficiently organizing and archiving all documents related to completed and ongoing cases, ensuring easy access and retrieval
• Proactively monitoring changes in the legal landscape, and providing attorneys with timely updates on modifications relevant to personal injury law

Job Requirements

• Certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies (bachelor’s degree is preferred)

• A minimum experience of two years in a paralegal role

• Investigative mind and strong research skills

• Working knowledge legal database software

• Excellent communication and time management skills
