Working 6 days a week during business hours of 9-5 Los Angeles time. Handling the day-to-day operations. This includes answering customer calls, handling client relations, managing customers and cleaners, scheduling and time management, and enhancing business operations.
Expected to be efficient and focused on all tasks at hand. Managing operations during business hours. Keeping track of what is at hand and on task is very important. Being proactive in all situations is key to minimizing problematic situations. Responsible for answering calls that come in as well as following up with all customers an cleaners to ensure satisfaction. Using free time for innovation builds a business image through its online presence.
Must be working and available online for 40 hours a week. I am looking to increase hours to 48 within the next year. Must speak great English and Spanish. Preferably, having previous experience as a virtual assistant. I am looking for someone innovative who can handle the tasks at hand and has great speaking skills as well as customer service.
