We're seeking someone with impeccable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the expertise to handle every step of bringing a new product to market. From researching effective formulas and ingredients to coordinating packaging design, sourcing manufacturers, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends, this role covers the entire A-Z of product launch intricacies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead product development process from start to finish
2. Research formulas, coordinate tests, and oversee packaging procurement and shipment
3. Collaborate with designers on label designs
4. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
5. Continuously review product performance and customer feedback
6. Stay updated on industry trends through research for new product development and brand strategy

Job Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage the entire product launch process
• Fluent English (Clear spoken English)
• Computer literate
• Previous experience in product development or related fields preferred
