JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Management department is in charge of keeping everything moving both internally and for the client services. Our top priority is organizing and pushing projects to make sure everything gets done within the ideal outcome for each task.

Salary: up to $1,200 per month depending on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Attending all monthly meetings and sending out invites
Taking down notes specifically on action items for projects
Organize and hand off a project to the rest of the FF Team through CU and ensure that it gets done on time
Set weekly calls with CSM to go over their clients in preparation for the upcoming week.
Regularly update CSMs on the progress of each task/project
Part of Onboarding the client. We are responsible for setting due dates on CU, ensuring the client's folder are organized in our drive and all documents are in the correct place.
A support system for Fountain Forward internally: We work with the CGO and Department Directors to keep internal tasks flowing, keep people on track and help allocate resources and fill needs to keep things running smoothly. Other tasks we do:
Task request management
Communicating the needs of the internal team to the client
Monthly audit on search and analytics tasks to ensure we provide reports on time
REQUIRED SKILLS
2 to 5 years experience as a project manager
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
Experience using a project management software such as Clickup and Asana
Experience with a client-facing role is a plus
Expert organizational and multitasking skills
Sound knowledge of digital strategies and organizational systems
Basic understand of branding and graphics
Must be team-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
