Full Job Description

Looking for a positive person to make & take calls regarding tenants with a past due balance.

You will also handle the necessary paperwork for the Eviction Process and interact with attorneys as needed.

The goal is to maximize on-time rent payments while pursuing legal options.

Legal experience is a plus, but not required.

We’re looking for remote workers wanting a CAREER position that allows working from home. 

REMOTE JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, with one-hour unpaid break.

·        Position requires learning about the legal Michigan Eviction Process.

·        Learning to set priorities daily, sometimes hourly!

·        This position involves a lot of phone calls via our RingCentral account.

·        Setting & using calendar reminders.

·        Documenting EVERYTHING!
