Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential inbound warm leads opportunities through market research and underwriting
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with property owners.
• Oversee timelines/follow up schedules, ensuring all schedules are met and all parties are informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records/notes and documentation for all acquisitions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, or related roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRMs, Dialer and Google Workspace
