Principal Acres is a leading land investment firm specializing in identifying real estate opportunities and maximizing returns for our clients for vacant land.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Investment Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating land deals, analyzing comparable properties, determining price points, and gathering essential utility information. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling comprehensive property information for sales, including permits, requests, and related data.

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze comparable properties to assess market value and potential profitability of land deals.

- Research and gather utility information such as water, electricity, sewage, and other infrastructure details.

- Evaluate zoning regulations, permits, and land use restrictions to assess the feasibility of development projects.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining property information, market trends, and investment opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and sale of properties.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate analysis, or comparable research.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
