Real Estate and Marketing Assistant (Admin)


We are a growing company with a fun and positive vibe seeking an Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, has strong verbal and written communication skills, recognizes areas of opportunity for growth, improvement and streamlining and is a problem-solver by nature.


A real estate experience is not required, but will be a stand-out among applications. Also, experience in graphic design is extremely helpful.


Job Responsibilities


The RE/Marketing Assistant will work directly with the company leaders to assist with various daily tasks, with a focus including:


- Listing Launch and Transaction Coordination for all contracts


- Prepare listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.


- Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, etc.


- Assist with all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.


- Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.


- Input all client information into the client database system.


- Data entry into sales and contract systems, spreadsheets or documents


- Assist with  graphic design on various projects.


- Assist in video editing for social media.


Job Requirements

This position is 40 hours per week. Candidates should be available Monday through Thursday for 8 hours a day… 9 am to 5 pm. Also, Friday for four hours… 1 pm to 5 pm. Saturday or Sunday for 4 hours (depending on which day is better for you)… 1 pm to 5 pm.
