Our Referral Department plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, and we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
The positions is 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm PST
We are seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to assist our Referral Department with a range of tasks, including making outbound calls, updating leads, data entry and managing referral processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients, partners, and existing contacts to follow up on referrals, provide information, and gather feedback.
- Lead Management: Update and maintain lead records in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails and messages to ensure timely responses and maintain engagement with leads.
- Data Entry: Input and update referral information, track interactions, and generate reports as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and assistance to clients and partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Reporting: Assist with generating and analyzing reports to track referral metrics and performance.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Experience with lead management and customer follow-up is a plus.
