About Us:

Realty Backoffice and Xcellence Realty are leaders in providing innovative software solutions and tools for the real estate industry. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist our users and agents with various software platforms.

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to our software products. You will address issues, guide users, and ensure the efficient operation of our software for both Realty Backoffice and Xcellence Realty.

Key Responsibilities for Realty Backoffice:

  • Provide technical support to Realty Backoffice clients, addressing software-related queries.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for clients on using Realty Backoffice features.
  • Handle sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
  • Participate in software testing for updates and new releases.

Key Responsibilities for Xcellence Realty:

  • Offer technical support for Xcellence Realty agents, primarily for inquiries related to Realty Backoffice.
  • Assist with questions regarding Xcellence Brand Studio, helping agents with editing, downloading, and printing marketing materials.
  • Provide support for Xcellence University, guiding agents on course selection and platform usage.
  • Address queries related to Xcellence Toolbox, including tools like Seller Net Sheet, Title Quotes, Agent Digi Card, Cap Rate Calculator, QR Code Generator, Buyer Estimate, and virtual assistance requests.
  • Learn and support additional software tools and platforms as needed.

General Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of all software platforms.
  • Shadow senior team members for the initial months to gain an in-depth understanding of the software.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with technology and experienced in CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven customer service experience, particularly in technical support.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
  • Flexible to accommodate a global customer base across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry or with real estate software.
