Full Job Description

We are looking for a real estate virtual assistant to become the newest member of our growing commercial real estate firm. We are a small but successful brokerage and investment management firm in Colorado Springs. If you are interested, please read the application instructions below.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

-Research

-Listing Management

-Client Management

-Calendar Management

-Preparation of Contracts, Invoices, LOIs, and other internal and external documents

-Marketing and marketing-related tasks

-Transaction Coordination

-Maintain customer database

-Cooperating with existing support and team members

- Ad hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Legal Document is highly preferred but not required.
