We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Sales Rep.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating land deals, gathering essential utility information and dealing with potential buyers of land. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling comprehensive property information for sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and sale of properties
- Research and gather utility information such as water, electricity, sewage, and other infrastructure details.
- Follow up with sellers and ensure transactions are on track.
