Fully remote working. Part time initially but the opportunity to grow into a full time role


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbox Management: - Handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively.

2. Logistics co-ordination: - Liaising between customers and employees to ensure team members are on track to complete jobs on time

3. Communication by phone, email and text: - Interact with potential customers, employees, vendors, and clients professionally.

4. Problem solving: - Being able to be resourceful in finding a solution when a customer reschedules or a team member is delayed or has an emergency

5. Client Response: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

6. Employee Communication: - Engage with employees and facilitate communication. Build a relationship and earn the respect of the team

7. CRM Management: - Keep track of leads, quotes, jobs and billing.

8. Hiring: - Post job ads for new team members as we grow and qualify them. Ensure we always have a full roster of team members to carry out jobs
