Specialized Property Management is a small local family-ran property management company. We specialize in homeowner associations (Barrios en consorcio) in the South Denver Metro Area. We are growing fast and need full time bookkeeper five days a week. This position is remote work only.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Advanced English speaking and writing skills
-We prefer for a bookkeeper to have experience working with CINC Systems. Training can be provided.
-Fast learner
-Adaptable to different requirements for clients
-Independent worker/Self managed
-CPA Qualifications - not required but highly desired
-Easy to work with
-Dependable
Duties which are but not limited to:
-Regular reconciliation of all bank accounts for 23+ associations (Consorcios)
-Process all A/R and A/P
-Process all individual property transfer of ownership paperwork (Resales)
-Annual budget draft preparation for each association
-Review of all monthly financials prior to be presented to the Managers
-Handle all regular routine financial requirements
-Handle all billing calls/emails from customers
Work week is five days a week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm MST (Denver time) 35hr week
**Must have the ability to answer phones remotely and be available during business hours.**
