Probolsky Research is a woman and Latina-owned market and opinion research firm. We conduct research for a variety of clients including public agencies, political candidates, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and special interest groups.

We are seeking a research analyst to join our core team. You may be a fit if:

• You have an interest in market and opinion research

• You take initiative and have a strong desire to learn about the opinion and market research process

• You don’t shy away from asking questions – we are seeking someone who is curious and unafraid to ask when they don’t know or understand

• You are coachable and have a desire to continuously learn

• You have meticulous attention to detail and an ability to follow detailed instructions

• Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Bi-lingual with strong English skills

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will perform tasks such as:

• Preparing written reports for clients based on research findings including making charts, narratives, and cross-tabulations of data

• Assisting in the management and analysis of focus groups or in-depth interviews

• Attending client meetings, documenting important information and action steps for the research team

• Contributing to the development of survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides

• Coding and analyzing open-ended responses or focus group data 

• Programming and testing surveys for accuracy 

• Creating visuals for reporting or business development needs
