This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team at ForestNation. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including Forest onboarding, customer experience, inventory management, product costs, pricing, and customer support. You will be part of a growing team of passionate individuals who are committed to our mission of creating a healthier planet by planting trees.
You will be helping to deliver magical gift experiences that reduce waste and actively promote reforestation to support healthy ecosystems and communities. This is an exciting, challenging and multitasking role where you will work directly with the CEO of ForestNation. You will be hands on helping to create amazing customer experiences and help to develop new processes.

Forest onboarding and “Customer Experience”
- Communicate with new and existing customers to help set up their Forest Profiles and content for maximum growth.
- Campaign based data entry like assigning unique Tree Codes for Tree Kit campaigns.
ForestNation Team Spirit and Culture
- Actively involved in helping us to create an awesome working environment for the amazing people on our Team.
- Using tools like Zoho Recruit and Zoho People, we will celebrate Birthdays, recognize achievements and organise fun events.

Custom Order Processing and Order Management
- Project manage complex custom orders as the main point of contact for customers, sales team and production.
- Assist sales with custom production and shipping quotes.
- Coordinate and prepare artwork proofs for customer approval and place orders with suppliers.
- Manage suppliers, cost of products and work with production to control and order inventory.
Customer communications
- Using our Website Chat, Email, Phone and some marketplace chats you will help our amazing customers with their enquiries.
- Help to improve our communications strategy and content.
Revenue Operations and Administrative tasks
- General document preparation.
- CRM updating and monitoring.
- CRM customers and inbound lead nurturing.
- Participate in online meetings with the team and customers, making notes and follow-ups.
- Create sales presentations and decks.
- Prepare Quotes for Custom orders for Sales team.
- Product listings management including updating prices and information in new and existing marketplaces and ecommerce stores.
