Sales and Customer Service Executive

At Express Asphalt Solutions we’re constantly serving our neighbors in our state of Florida. We are small startup and are looking to bring a much needed role to help generate leads and call upon them. For this role, we are seeking a Sales Representative who is excited about helping our customers solve their parking lot issues. The Sales Executive would report directly to the Owner and work as a single member sales force.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and close new sales opportunities through lead generation and outbourd cold calls
• Work to help build meaningful customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty.
• Understand and demonstrate our service to the customer.
• Assist with inputting data, following up with customers, and gathering basic and/or detailed estimates for various services.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by Owner
• Ability to use good judgment quickly when making customer-based decisions
• Routine basic financial and non-financial activity on customer accounts with accuracy and detailed notes.

Job Requirements

• Passionate people with strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Personality, politeness and a genuine concern for customer satisfaction are a must.
• A successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to handle fast paced environment, and be confident in computer skills.
• Applicant must be highly fluent in conversational English and available during business hours (9am-5pm EDT -Eastern Daylight Time New York)
