Full Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for promptly and courteously handling inbound calls from clients, addressing their service inquiries, and providing detailed explanations of our services. You will also play a crucial role in assisting clients with the booking process and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately completed and processed.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Explaining services offered by the company in a clear and concise manner.
• Assisting clients with service inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
• Managing client bookings and scheduling appointments.
• Sending documentation via email and DocuSign to clients once bookings are confirmed.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize the customer service experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using email and DocuSign for document management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
