HIRING IMMEDIATELY - MOVING AHEAD SERVICES

At Moving Ahead Services we’re constantly enlarging our team and providing professional moving services within Ohio and across the country. For this role, we are seeking a Sales Representative who is excited about helping our customers achieve their relocation goals. The Sales Representative would report directly to the Sales Manager, and work as part of the sales team to complete group related goals and incentives.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Source and close new sales opportunities through inbound calls and qualified ongoing leads. (NO COLD CALLING).
• Work on a team to build meaningful customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty.
• Understand and demonstrate our service to the customer.
• Assist with answering phones, inputting data, following up with customers, and gathering basic and/or detailed estimates for various services.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Ability to use good judgment quickly when making customer-based decisions
• Routine basic financial and non-financial activity on customer accounts with accuracy and detailed notes.

Job Requirements

• Passionate people with strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Personality, politeness and a genuine concern for customer satisfaction are a must.
• A successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to handle fast paced environment, and be confident in computer skills.
• Applicant must be highly fluent in English and available during business hours (9am to 5pm EDT -Eastern Daylight Time New York)
