Job Title: Sales Assistant - Latam

Location: Remote - AST Timezone [Atlantic Standard Time]

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM AST

Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, client communication, and sales process coordination. You will assist with lead generation, prospect research, and proposal preparation, helping to drive business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.


  • Assist with lead generation efforts, including researching potential clients (via Hubspot, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator ), identifying key decision-makers, gathering contact information and communicating.
  • Crafting communication to our ideal customers that represent Foundation Marketing
  • Support leading qualification tasks by following an SoP.
  • Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date client information, sales activities, and communications.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with proposal preparation and presentation development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate client communication and follow-up, including responding to inquiries, scheduling calls or meetings, and providing requested information or materials.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis, including tracking sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business development.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent async communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot.


  • Proactive and resourceful with a customer service-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, best practices, and terminology is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or related role.
