Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing inbound booked sales calls, following up with applicants, and helping to increase the show rate for sales calls.You will not be doing any outbound lead gen or sales. Simply managing all inbound sales calls that come in. This person will work closely with the sales team, ensuring that all sales-related activities are organized, efficiently tracked, and followed through to maximize conversion rates.Sales Coordination is done via DMs (Instagram) or text.This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound booked sales calls, ensuring they are scheduled accurately and timely.
  • Follow up with potential clients or applicants to confirm appointments and gather necessary information prior to calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase show rates for booked calls by implementing follow-up strategies (emails, texts, etc.).
  • Keep track of applicant status, ensuring proper follow-up and follow-through on all sales leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information, including call details, follow-ups, and customer data.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring they can focus on high-value sales activities.
  • Report on key sales metrics such as show rates, conversion rates, and call performance.
  • Assist in improving overall sales processes to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proactive, self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, social media outreach, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and basic sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Comfortable using tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack
  • Comfortable with being in the DMs on Instagram
