As we continue to grow, we seek a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Sales Executive to join our team remotely from Latin America.

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Executive to identify and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Depending on the leads and clients they bring in, this person can be highly compensated. This person should be highly motivated by money and the opportunity to make a lot of it.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services and identifying their needs.
  • Email Campaigns: Craft and send compelling emails to prospects, following up to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and follow up with timely communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the executive teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Job Requirements

  1. Education and Experience:
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the logistics or automotive industry.
  3. Language Skills:
  4. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  5. Skills and Abilities:
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  9. Good understanding of email marketing strategies and tools.
  10. Comfortable and able to make cold calls.
  11. Ability to research and identify potential leads using various online platforms.
  12. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  13. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  16. Strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  17. Resilient and able to handle rejection and setbacks.
  18. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  19. Technical Requirements:

  21. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  22. Additional Requirements:
  23. Availability to work on U.S. Central Time.
