Sales Development Representative for a Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (Must be available for US Eastern Time business hours)

Salary: $1,000 per month plus 10% commission

Job Description:

Slaterock Automation, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for new clients through following up with inbound leads, cold calling, email marketing, and networking to generate interest from potential clients.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements to determine how Slaterock Automation's solutions can meet those needs.
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate services and final sales calls to further development and closure.
4. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest using prospecting and audit tools
5. Maintain and expand your database of prospects
6. Manage the pipeline of new business
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

1. Sales and customer service experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Experience working with a CRM
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
8. BA/BS degree or equivalent
