We currently have an opportunity for a highly qualified real estate salesperson to develop their career. Job Responsibilities

• Contact our High-Quality Inbound Leads within 30 seconds of lead submission
• Conduct a minimum of 5 Seller Discovery calls per day, and make a minimum of 3 offers per day
• Be a proven closer; close at a minimum 20% closing rate on seller discovery calls
• Utilize the GoHighLevel CRM to track, follow up, and enter data on prospects
• Obtain a yearly quota of 1.4M in Revenue
• Hit a standard of 3 hours of Talk Time per Day
• Be Coachable, leave any ego at the door, and be ready to learn
• Adhere to our proven systems and processes
• Have a high drive to succeed and be the absolute best

Job Requirements

• Must have EXTREMELY fluent Verbal and Written English
• Minimum 2 Years Prior Sales Experience
• Preferred 2 Years Prior Acquisition Experience
• Proof of ability to exceed quotas
• Prior quota-carrying roles of 1M plus.
