Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our remote team. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling and engaging with potential customers. Your goal will be to present and promote our range of services, driving growth and expanding our client base.

Compensation: $500.00 USD per lead that turns into a deal. This position is commission-based only, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance and success in generating sales. The average sales agent closes 5 accounts per month. The max we have seen is 7 deals ($3500) in 1 month.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our freight brokerage services.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Build relationships with new clients.
• Assign interested leads to our closing team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our PipeDrive CRM

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in a telemarketing or remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English, C1 and above
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with the freight or logistics industry is a plus, but not required.
