Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The Sales VA will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts, from managing leads to client follow-ups and assisting with sales-related administrative tasks. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales pipeline and contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and organize inbound sales leads in CRM.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, social media, and other platforms.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Help manage and update our client database.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales VA or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for sports and the marketing industry is a plus
