We are seeking a skilled bilingual dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our Multi-Speciality Office. Job Responsibilities

-Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.

- Perform medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance information.

- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.

- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

- Provide patient education on medical procedures, medications, and self-care instructions.

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.

- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.

- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in medical terminology.

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures.

- Experience in taking payments and closing account receiveable gaps

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient service.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
