Social Media and Community Manager

Full Job Description

Big Realty is seeking an experienced and bilingual (English and Spanish) Social Media, Video and Community Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media presence, video presence, fostering community engagement, and driving growth through strategic content and interactions across various platforms and most importantly be a team member. Deadline oriented.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
• Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, etc.).
• Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Community Manager.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with community management techniques and strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
