Probolsky Research is a woman and Latina-owned company, we conduct research for a variety of clients including public agencies, political candidates, non-profit organizations, corporations, and special interest groups. The bulk of our work is polling for public agencies including work related to community (customer) satisfaction, elections, employee satisfaction, and policy development/planning. We also conduct outreach, public relations and provide communication support for our clients.

We are seeking a part-time Spanish translator who can also assist with marketing and public relations to join our team. You may be a fit if:

• You have an interest in market and opinion research

• You take initiative

• You don’t shy away from asking questions – we are seeking someone who is unafraid to ask when they don’t know or understand

• You are coachable and have a desire to continuously learn

• You have meticulous attention to detail and an ability to follow instructions

• Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• You have government or public policy experience

Job Responsibilities

• Translate written documents and videos

• Assist in the management of focus groups or in-depth interviews

• Participarte in client meetings

• Coding and analyzing open-ended responses or focus group data 

• Creating visuals for reporting or business development needs

• Create videos marketing, including on camera presenting

• Internet research and data entry

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace apps

• Work 3pm - 11pm Pacific Time (with some flexibility based on project load) 

• Fluent in English and Spanish
