Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and provide analysis on operational tools, AI systems, and technologies to enhance business efficiency.

• Develop and update internal “how-to” guides and resource documents.

• Review, extract, and analyze data from CRM systems to provide actionable insights and strategic plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.

• Work autonomously to execute tasks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion.

• Consistently look for opportunities to enhance operational processes and suggest best practices.

• Communicate effectively across teams and leadership to align operational goals with business objectives.

• Assist in the implementation of new tools and platforms for streamlined operations.

Job Requirements

• Strong digital proficiency with various tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools, AI tools).

• Proven experience working in a strategic operations role or similar, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Resourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle diverse tasks and challenges.

• Passion for mental health and a commitment to helping improve patient care through operational excellence.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
