Full Job Description

Logistics:

• Inbound logistics: 
• Organize vessel shipments from France to USA with freight forwarder (c.2 containers per week)
• Constant communication with freight forwarder to keep track of containers (arrival at port and warehouse) + notify warehouse of arrival (including preparation of packing list)
• Weekly meeting with 3 warehouses
• Outbound logistics:
• Send outbound order requests to warehouses for customer pickup

Skills required: experience in terms of shipment supervision, knowledge of some technical (non-perishable goods) shipments / logistics (i.e. how a warehouse works). No need to have experience of working in a warehouse. Ideally speak French 

Purchase & Sale: 

• Enter purchase order on SAP BY DESIGN 
• Enter purchase invoice on SAP BY DESIGN
• Enter customer sales order on SAP BY DESIGN
• Enter customer invoices on SAP BY DESIGN
• Able to send to suppliers / customers via email

Skills required: Experience with SAP BY DESIGN is a very big advantage.

Analytics:

• Perform some ad-hoc analysis on Excel by combining different Excel sheets, enough understanding of Excel to pulling the right data at the right place without constant supervision / micro management. 

Skills required: Excel formulas and analysis including X/VLOOKUP, pivot table, INDEX MATCH, margin calculation, etc.
