Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish / English) works from home and interfaces with drivers and customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or chat/email. 


Job Responsibilities

  • This is a long term commitment and a full time position.Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email and chat
  • Take complaints and issues from drivers and help them navigate through the software.
  • Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer and drivers business confidential.
  • General Administrative task and adhoc task.


Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer srvc or related field
  • Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Someone who can speak Spanish and English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
