Full Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investment company in San Fran, CA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers. 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST..

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $7-$15 an hour and will grow with your growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Take care of ordering supplies and ensuring the team has the resources they need.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Help out with projects by tracking deadlines, gathering information, and preparing reports.


Job Requirements

  • 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • You enjoy working collaboratively but can also take initiative when needed.
  • Creative mindset with the confidence to bring innovative ideas to the table.

  • Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
  • RAM: 8 GB or more.
  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
