Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Executive Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced real estate investment firm. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various functions, including lead intake, market analysis, transaction coordination, and seller engagement.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $6-$8 an hour and grow with your growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure seller agreements swiftly after lead intake.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team on closing new sales.
  • Analyze market trends and select properties for targeted marketing.
  • Support data cleansing and market selection processes.
  • Manage transactions from lead generation through acquisition.
  • Build relationships with real estate brokers.
  • Communicate with property sellers, guiding them through the selling process.
  • Follow up on leads to close deals efficiently.


Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in the role/field
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Problem solver with deep operational/organizational skills
  • Can structure work to keep things moving for the entire team - does this naturally.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proactive with problem-solving skills.
  • Real estate experience is an advantage.

  • Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
  • RAM: 8 GB or more.
  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
