We pride ourselves on being efficient, detail-oriented, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Verification Specialist to join our team. The Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying medical appointments, ensuring data accuracy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and have outstanding communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Make approximately 30 calls per day to verify 40-50 medical appointments.

Respond to emails promptly and professionally.

Ensure accurate data transfer between law firms and medical facilities.

Maintain clear communication with all parties involved to ensure a seamless process.

Problem-solve to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Collaborate with management to track and maintain accurate production data.

Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoho, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office for daily operations.

Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet connection.

Full-time commitment: The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. You will be required to sign a non-compete agreement confirming that Elite Liens, Inc. will be your full-time job, with no other employment. No exceptions.
