Full Job Description

Principal Acres is a leading land investment firm specializing in identifying real estate opportunities and maximizing returns for our clients for vacant land.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Sales Rep.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in dealing with land deals that we have under contract, gathering essential utility information and dealing with potential buyers of land. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling comprehensive property information for sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and sale of properties

- Research and gather utility information such as water, electricity, sewage, and other infrastructure details.

- Follow up with sellers and ensure transactions are on track.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and sale of properties.

Job Requirements

- Excellent English

- Proven experience in gathering data.

- Excellent attention to detail

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
