Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant & Call Center Manager to join our team long-term. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, vet candidates, and follow up with leads from social media and insurance inquiries. In this role, you’ll also manage call center operations, ensuring every customer is treated with care.

This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand, and we’re seeking someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute new ideas.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and set appointments.
• Vetting candidates and following up with leads.
• Handle social media leads and insurance prospects.
• Develop and improve call center systems and processes.
• Work closely with the CEO to support business growth.
• Cold calling upcoming insurance renewals
• Handling day to day operations

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Experience in trucking is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
